Appointments and Office Procedures
Our office is normally open Monday through Thursday from 8AM until 12Noon and 1PM until 5:00PM. We are open Friday from 8:00AM until 3:00PM. It is important to schedule appointments in advance, if possible. There is at least one physician in our office every day we are open. Patients with a problem who need to be seen immediately should call our office and have a nurse arrange their being seen as soon as possible by one of our providers even if your regular doctor is not in the office that day. Our main number is (919)467-3203. -To make an appointment, select Option #2 from our automated answering machine system. -If you are calling to speak to a nurse about your symptoms and being seen immediately, choose option 4 -There are other options available to obtain prescription refills, speak to our business office regarding your account, or reach our radiology department.

If you are a new patient, we will have sent you a new patient packet to fill out so we may set up your patient chart in our system.
Emergencies and After-Hours Care
Should a patient be in severe distress and not able to reach us, they should immediately go to the nearest emergency room at their local hospital. Our physicians have privileges at all the area's major hospitals including Western Wake Medical Center, Rex Hospital, and Wake Medical Center. Our physicians rotate on-call hours with a Urology Call Group. When calling our office after hours, you will be given the option to leave a message for non-urgent inquiries or an option to reach one of the on-call physicians immediately.

Patient Forms - Cary Urology
Please download and complete the Medical Health History form, the Patient Registration form, and the Financial Policy statement and bring the completed forms with you to your appointment. These patient forms may also be completed online and then emailed directly to the AUNC Office you will be visiting.

Appointment Request Form Initial Appointment
If the registration forms are filled out in advance, we ask you to arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment time, otherwise please arrive thirty minutes before your appointment to allow sufficient time to register and complete the necessary paperwork. Remember to bring any X-rays, MRIs or other diagnostic information relevant to your problem.
