About Dr. Daniel Khera-McRackan

Board-certified urologist Daniel Khera-McRackan, MD, practices medicine with a holistic approach. He believes that many common ailments can be treated with dietary and lifestyle modifications and that prescription medications and surgery should be used when other means have failed. He brings this holistic philosophy to his patients at the Associated Urologists of North Carolina, practicing out of their Raleigh office. Dr. Khera McRackan specializes in minimally invasive and robotic procedures for genitourinary cancers, prostate enlargement, kidney stones, and no-scalpel vasectomies.

Dr. Khera-McRackan graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charlestown and completed a urology residency at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill. Throughout his academic career, he was awarded various research and clinical scholarship awards, honors, and recognitions.  

Dr. Khera-McRackan is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. When he isn’t busy helping his patients, he enjoys reading, hiking, fly-fishing, and spending time with his family.
