With over 10 years of clinical experience, Dr. Chang is a board-certified urologist who combines technical excellence with genuine compassion. Patients consistently describe him as a thoughtful listener who takes the time to explain complex conditions and treatment options clearly and thoroughly.

Dr. Chang has advanced fellowship training in trauma and reconstructive urology from Washington University in St. Louis – Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He specializes in complex reconstructive procedures and prosthetic urology, and is one of fewer than 40 urologists (as of 2025) nationwide recognized as a dual Center of Excellence surgeon for both the AMS 700 inflatable penile prosthesis and AMS 800 artificial urinary sphincter. He also holds Center of Excellence designation for the UroLift® system for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

In addition to his reconstructive focus, Dr. Chang provides comprehensive care for general urologic conditions including kidney stones, BPH, erectile dysfunction, male incontinence, and peyronie’s disease.
