This particular visit to AUNC was an extremely positive one! I went to this appointment with a lot of trepidation and anxiety, but Dr. Baker and his team were very supportive and understanding. The CT Team of Claudia, Taylor, and Derek were great. They were very personable and engaging in making me feel at ease and comfortable with the entire CT procedure.
Dr. Baker and Raegan completed the process with their friendly, professional, and calming personalities. I want to thank them all for taking what I perceived to be worrisome, and turning it into as good as an experience that I could have. Thanks again!

Dr Jacobs I’d a very caring doctor and easy to relate to.
I would also like to mention her care coordinator Val, she definitely goes above and beyond the call of duty, I hope that she is recognized as a very important staff member as she so much deserves.

I had an appointment in January 2025 and have reached out by phone, email, patient portal and have not received my test results. I a going to another urologist. Do not recommend Cary Urologists.

Dr. Rawls is knowledgeable, detailed, and truly cares about his patients. He took the time to listen to my concerns and suggested a treatment plan based on the information I provided. Highly recommend!

Before I had a Urolift with Dr. Kasparov, I was literally at the end of my rope. I was in so much pain just to urinate. My urine was constantly infected looking. And I had to go almost constantly. He took one look at me and knew I needed a Urolift. Now, one week later I am pain free before, during and after urination. May God Bless Dr. Kasparov and his whole team. Fast efficient and great bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone on this planet and beyond. Thank you.

Dr.Perry although knowledgeable, could care less about his patients. Visits were rushed, had 3 procedures and 5 visits over 2 months. The most recent visit was to remove a stint, visit was scheduled for Dr. Perry. Was told 30 minutes prior to visit that he wasn’t in the office, so another Dr. would remove the stint. No follow phone call from Perry, no follow up call after kidney stone procedure -
No idea if procedure was successful. No call to schedule final procedure (kidney functionality). Time to find a new urologist.

Dr. Longo knows stuff! His staff, his nurses, all delightful chaps. I have bladder cancer. One lasting memory: "OK, ,'we'..? are going to 'go in now',....(I was conscious) and 'we' are going to take a look around'. What a everlasting memory! - what looked like a bicycle pump! First class care, by a triple A team. The best.

Kizer has provided me with solid diagnostic information and care over the years. However, the support team, particularly that of the schedulers, is a hamster wheel of operation (endless calls, now you need to contact, lack of responsiveness, etc.). I gave up this annual trek several years ago, along with that office's inability to serve the customer with a sense of alacrity, a pattern of behavior substantiated by other reviews. Grateful for other Wake County urology offices that have figured out how to ensure diagnostic scheduling can be done efficiently without all the fanfare and wasting customers' time.

Dr. Rawls has been excellent through my prostate cancer journey. He takes his time with you making you aware of your options and what to expect. He has a great "bedside manner" such that you feel like you're his only patient.

Dr. Movassaghi is absolutely amazing—one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional doctors I’ve ever met. He helped me navigate elevated PSA levels with care and expertise, making a potentially stressful situation so much easier. He took the time to explain every step of the process and truly made me feel comfortable and supported throughout. Dr. Movassaghi also helped my wife with a non-invasive treatment for kidney stones, which was far better than the options she might have faced were it not for his insight and medical knowledge. His thoughtful and patient-centered approach made all the difference, and we are grateful for his care. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such an incredible level of expertise with genuine compassion, but Dr. Movassaghi does exactly that. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of urological care!

I have IC my doctor is Sissy. The best person ever is Carrie. She always returns my calls. I think she is a gift from God! She always gets me in for bladder cocktails and she even gets me in at 8am so I’m not late to work. They are blessed to have her as a employee.

Dr. Chang performed surgery on me a couple of weeks ago and I can honestly say that he does an excellent job. I have read the other reviews prior to seeing him and honestly I did not percieve anything that was remotely close to no bedside manner or not listening to the patient, I found him matter of factly, honest and short and to the point. I guess alot of folks have to have their hands held and coddled in this day and time, I want honesty and someone that knows what the h#ll they are doing before cutting me open. I got that from Dr. Chang and would recommend him to any male with male issues in the urology field. Thank you Dr. Chang

Dr.E.Kheterpal is very professional, straight forward with my diagnosis and options for treatment. His expertise in his treatment lead to my fast recovery and back to a normal life style. I am very pleased with my recovery from prostate cancer and owe it to Dr. Kheterpal and his staff. If anyone is suffering from urinary issues this is the doctor that I would recommend.
